CONDITIONS  FOR ADMISSION
Following categories of children will be admitted without Admission Test.
1.  Children who are coming on Pass/Promoted TC from another APS/Army School/KV between the period 1st April to 31st July.
2.  Children  who  have  studied  for  10  academic  months  in  another  APS/  Army  School/  KV  and  are seeking admission after 31st July.
3.   An   evaluation   test   may   be   given   in   respect   of   these   children   to   facilitate   further   academic coaching   and   allocation   of      sections  However,   such   an   evaluation   test   will   not   be   treated   as admission test.
NOTE:  Admission  to  Class  X  and  XII.  No  admission  will  be  given  directly  to  these  classes  as  they have  integrated  courses,  class  IX  or  XI  must  be  passed  from  the  CBSE  or  a  recognized  Board.
Following categories of Children will be admitted with Admission Test
1.   All   other   categories   of   children   including   wards   of  Army   Personnel   not   covered   under admission   category   may   be   admitted   after   an   admission   test.   The   Principal   will   arrange admission  tests  in  the  subjects  as  specified  in  above  and  decide  whether  the  student  can  be admitted  and  if  so,  to  which  class.  On  this  point,  his/her  decision  shall  be  final.  The  standard
of  the  admission  test  will  be  of  the  level  of  the  annual  examination  of  the  class  preceding  to which admission is sought.
2.   Army  children  who  are  to  be  admitted  based  on  the  admission  test  will  be  allowed  to  attend the class based on their Transfer Certificate from the previous school. However, their class.

Commanding Officer and Birth Certificate issued by appropriate Civil/Military Authorities will be accepted.
1.  Birth Certificate issued by Military/Civil lower Hospital as well as by their Municipal/Village Panchayat will also be accepted.
2.    Certificate from Previous School
The certificate from the previous school stating that the child was studying one class lower than the one for which admission is sought. Affidavit from Notary or Magistrate stating the previous history of education of the child and that the child had not studied in any recognised school (in case of
students seeking admission to Class I to VI without Transfer Certificate).
3.    Employment Certificate
Employment Certificate from the Commanding Officer of the unit for serving Defence Personnel,  certificate from Deputy Director, District Sainik Welfare Officer and a copy of Discharge Certificate attested by him for Ex-Servicemen.
4.    Progress Report Card
Students joining in mid-term are required to submit their Progress Report Card of the previous school attended.
5.    Photographs
Three passport size photographs should be submitted at the time of admission.
6.    TC from Other Schools
TC (Transfer Certificate) in respect of candidates coming from schools other than APS/Army School/ KV should be endorsed by the DEO (District Education Officer) of the district in which the school is located. The endorsement should clearly indicate whether it is a recognized school.
Note: The age admission to Class I will be 05 years as on 31st March of the year in which admission is sought and accordingly to the higher classes.
