Admission Rules,Timings & Exams
1.  Based on the availability of vacancies, the admission forms be received strictly in the order of merit.
2.  The parents will ensure the following while submitting the admission forms to the Reception/Admission Clerk.
a. All the columns in the admission forms have been filled completely and correctly.
b. The Date of Birth filled in the admission form is correct as per the TC of the Birth Certificate attached.
c. The original transfer certificate duly countersigned by appropriate authority authenticating that the last school where the pupil studied    is a recognised school. Parents seeking admissionup to Class VI without TC have submitted an Affidavit stating the previous history of education and the fact that the pupil has not studied in any recognized school.
d. The Certificate from Commanding Officer of the unit regarding date of reporting (for mid-term transfer only) has been attached with the admission form.
e. Medical fitness Certificate has been endorsed on the admission form by Authorised Medical Practitioner.
f. The Date of Birth Certificate from MH/ other Govt. Hospital having proper Registration Number duly stamped and signed by issuing Doctor/State Registration Authority of Births/Deaths/ Village Sarpanch (in case was born in village and entered in Panchayat/     Chowkidar's Register). Affidavit from parents duly attested by Notary/Magistrate, attested copy of Part II order in case of serving Army Personnel/Certificate duly signed by Commanding Officer quoting Part II order order in case of serving Army Personnel/ Certificate duly signed by Commanding Officer quoting Part II Order number and date.
g. Photo Copy of Progress Report Card of previous class has been attached.
h. Salary/Employment Certificate for Civil Defence Personnel has been attached.
i. Photo Copy of Registration Card and School Based Evaluation Certificate in original in  respect of students who are seeking admission in Class IX/X after July has been attached.
j. Photo Copy of Detailed Marks Card (DMC) of Class X duly attested for the students seeking admission in Class XI.
k. Migration Certificate in original by the students seeking admission in Class XI from other boards has been attached.
l. A Passport Size Photogaph of the student has been pasted on the Admission form.
Note: Admission may be refused to chiledren suffering from incurable and/ or infectiuous diseases.
SCHOOL ACADEMIC SESSION AND TIMINGS
School Academic Session : 01st April to 31st March
School timings:  1. Summers:      0800 to 1410 hours       Winters:         0830 to 1440 hours
ATTENDANCE
A pupil must have a minimum of 75% of the total attendance of the academic session to the eligible to sit in the annual examination. The Principal may allow a student with 60% attendance to take annual examination in exceptional circumstances like illness etc. which should be supported by a Medical Certificate from Government Hospital.
EXAMINATIONS
1.  For Classes XI & XII terminal exam pattern will be followed as under:
Exam                                                      Class XI & XII
Unit Test I & II                                                   20%
Half yearly Exam                                               30%
Annual Exam                                                       50%

NOTE: The final result of these classes will be based on the child's performance throughout the year.
3.  A student absent in any of the exams or joining in mid-term will not be considered for merit or top honours.
4.  A student who fails to appear in Annual Examination will be deemed to have failed in it and will not be promoted to the next higher class. Student absent for a test, will not either be considered for test again and nor weightage will be given.
